Team Leader (GL/AP/AR)

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration
• Previous experience in SSC/BPO environment in “Start up” will be an asset
• Experience in leading a team or supporting a Team Leader at least 2 years
• Experience in knowledge transfer is desirable
• Fluent English
• Other European language will be an asset
• Strong customer service skills
• Leadership skills, communication skills, drive for results, attention to details
• Ability to work in fast moving environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading accounting team for one or several Group companies
• Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met
• Active participation in transition once needed and ensuring high level of accountancy service for Internal Clients
• Supporting and developing the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews
• Providing operational support to team members
• Handling client communication and escalations
• Monitoring, interpreting and reporting key performance indicators
• Initiate and drive process improvement initiatives
