On behalf of our Client, a Shared Service Centre dedicated to an international company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Team Leader in Customer Technical Service with French and English to join our Client’s office based in Łódź.
Main duties will include coordinating all technical requirements from business clients, managing and prioritising workload for Technical Customer Services and scheduling Customer Specification reviews for all customers. The Person will also stay in touch with managers to ensure that customer requirements are accurately communicated. Moreover, the role is responsible for responding to external customer technical enquiries, completing customer product specifications on time and in full and ensuring that all information is compiled and entered into system. The role will also include recruiting, hiring, developing, coaching and providing technical expertise and training to employees.
We are looking for Candidates with a diploma in a technical discipline, minimum 5 years’ experience in the food industry and an experience in managing a team. Previous knowledge of quality systems is a plus as well as attention to detail, ability to understand customer requirements and to prioritise tasks.
