Team Leader in SSC

For our client – newly set-up international SSC located in Lodz – we are currently seeking experienced candidates for the position of Team Leader.
Main responsibilities:

- building, manage and develop a team of Master Data Specialists in day to day operations.
- participate in process transition from abroad to SSC in Lodz.
- securing ownership of maintaining and accuracy of data assets (Master Data for Customer, Vendor, Product).
- participation in defining rules, policies, procedures, roles and quality metrics related to master data management.
- manage business relationships with stakeholders.
- ensure team compliance to internal policies.
- responsible for delivery of required service level.
Requirements:
- strong experience in people management area gained in international environment.
- previous experience in process transition and improvement.
- previous experience in Master Data or/and areas related to Master Data (procurement, accountancy, etc.)
- very good English language skills.
- SAP and Excel skills.
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- we are open for candidates with 3 months' notice period.
