RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met
- Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Providing operational support to team members
- Handling client communication and escalations
REQUIREMENTS
- English fluency (B2/C1)
- Experience on a similar position
- Excellent F&A and OTC processes understanding
- Knowledge of SAP environment would be an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Stress resistance
