For our Client, international outsourcing company working with a prestigious client, currently opening an office in Cracow, we are looking for ambitious candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Team Leader.
While working on this position you will lead newly established team of around twenty Quality Assurance Specialists, responsible for monitoring interactions with customers via phone, email or chat, ensuring high quality and accuracy of information provided by Consultants. Your duties will include people management (coaching, performance management, capacity management), managing escalations as well and ensuring that the team is providing high standard service.
To be successful Candidate you need to have at least 1,5 year experience as a Team Leader - call center environment preferred. Experience in quality assurance would be an asset. Fluent English is required, other European language will be a an asset.
