Job description
- Being responsible for the supervision of following activities from the area of Project Accounting
- Month/Quarter closure activities
- PA scope: invoicing, opening and closing of projects
- Leading, managing and developing a team to deliver high quality service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
- Working closely with the Client and maintain good working relationship
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope
- Encouraging cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
Candidate’s profile
- Experience in OTC will be an asset
- Background / Degree in accounting / economics will be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Spanish
- Knowledge of English
- Experience in managing the team will be a strong asset
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details
- Documented track of improvements implementations (technical, process and team work organization) will be a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Client-focus attitude
- Ability to work independently
