Team Leader (Transition & Delivery)

Job Description:
- Organizing and managing work of the team
- Creation of GPM process documentation
- Conduct successful knowledge transfer
- Establish very good relationship with the client
- Transition duration: 3-4 months
- Transition locations: Switzerland, Germany, UK, Belgium
Currently we are looking for candidates, who are ready to travel to European countries and take active part in the GPM transition and later on join the Delivery Team as a Team Leader of AP Service Desk.
Candidate's profile:
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Understanding and experience in AP
- GPM alignment understanding will be an asset
- Experience in writing procedures
- Ability to analyze end to end processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge
- Readiness to travel
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility, with an ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks
- Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
