Summary
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Business English knowledge
- Provide overall team supervision and ensure consistent quality of service delivered
- Perform high quality RCAs to identify the root causes of repeating/high severity issues.
- Develop domain expertise and work like an SME. Challenge what seems not right!
- Deliver high quality of extraction consistently and ensure process compliance.
- Prepare and implement action plans to drive process improvements.
- Provide excellent team leadership and ensure that the team is trained and confident with the domain
- Provide overall team supervision and ensure consistent quality of service delivered
You have
- Month end closing supervision
- Language Skills: English + German languages on the C1 level minimum
- Extremely proactive and organized with a track record of success in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills, most workload involves fluctuation
- Focus on accuracy/eye for details
- Strong Logical/ Analytical skills (cognitive ability)
- Decision making skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written & oral)
- Good knowledge of websites, and how to navigate to obtain desired information
- Provide regular updates and reports with regards to process specifics
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, support new joiners
- Proven leadership skills
- Preferable- technical support experience in online industry (2 to 3 years) preferably with processes related to data curation / extraction
