Our client is internationally recognized company, headquartered in US and specializing in the production of paper products. Currently we are looking for enthusiastic Candidates to join Global Business Center in Kraków.

While working at the position of Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team and distribution of tasks between employees. You will be supporting team with setting objectives, resolving service issues, working closely with management, customers and sales department. As Team Leader, in addition to the assigned customer service responsibilities, you will have a chance to provide day-to-day direction to a Customer Service team. You will be also responsible for onboarding of new joiners, ensuring they are integrated with the ram and become operational quickly.

What is more, your duties will also include execution of business objectives and achieving customer satisfaction, as measured by Customer Satisfaction Survey and KPIs results.

Successful Candidate needs to have at least 2 years of professional experience in Client Service, preferably in international environment. Experience in managing a team is also required. Excellent English, German and Polish languages skills are crucial for this role, as well as ability to multitask and adjust to constantly changing environment.
