This client is a large company based in Warsaw looking for a full-time Team Leader. They are on the lookout for a professional to manage their Dynamics AX developers team and willing to grow at the speed of this rapid growing company. Requirements:
- Proven Experience as Developer
- Past experience with Dynamics AX - nice to have
- Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Prior managerial skills
- Ability to select appropriate solutions for project implementation, planning and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of programming concepts, design, procedures and practices, willingness to develop and learn new technologies
- Excellent written & communication English and Polish skills
Responsibilities:
- Organising and management a team of 20+ specialists
- Reporting to senior level management
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Set clear team goals, oversee day-to-day operation
- Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Discover training needs and provide coaching, motivate team members
