For our Client, a rapidly developing company from the Energy Market, we are currently looking for multilingual Professional from across Poland to join the Warsaw Office and undertake of a Team Leader (with Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish).
The Team Leader will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, ensuring the efficiency, cooperating with other teams and preforming analysis. The team of professionals which the Team Leader will manage will be responsible for business contacts, pre- and post- sales activities, providing advice and supporting business clients in their decisions regarding energy solutions.
The successful Candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience from customer support services. The job requires people skills but team leading experience is not a must. We are looking for people ready to undertake a new role and make a step towards leading a group. Good English skills and excellent level of one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish) is necessary.
