Job description
- Ensuring the delivery of a high quality, customer-focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed SLA/KPI
- Supervising trainings to the current and future delivery team members. Ensuring that processes are understood and being followed by the team members
- Handling regular communication with the Client and relationship building for the future delivery
- Driving P2P processes with continuous focus on standardization, innovation, automations leading to the best in class model
- Continuously seeking for ways to improve Client’s satisfaction
- Analyzing root causes of problems related to P2P
- Ensuring the process is controlled according to the agreed procedures
- Keeping all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Managing proactively day to day team performance and ensuring effective utilization of resources within the team
- Participating in transition activities as per requirement
- Performing all administration tasks required
- Motivating and continuously developing team members
