business into Warsaw, Poznan and the Tri Cities servicing the Polish market. servicing the Czech Republic. We are
currently searching for team leaders and managers to help us launch Poland. Do not worry about any restraint of trade.
We will work through these on a case-by-case basis.
Team Leader

Job description
- Recruiting and training fundraisers.
- Conducting inductions for new people.
- Selling in the field regularly – leading from the front.
- Managing and rostering people.
- On job field training and support.
- Reporting to the CEO.
Requirements
- You are self-motivated, energetic, career minded person.
- 12 months field-based experience in face-to-face fundraising donor acquisition.
- Able to lead from the front, inspire new donors to sign up and set the example for your team in the field.
- Hard working and have great team building skills.
- Experienced in recruiting and training new fundraisers.
- You can speak and understand both English and Polish.
