About the role
This role is about striving to provide best quality services both for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for several quality workflows across single/multiple locations. Quality Team Manager is responsible for delivering SLA‘s, improving quality processes, optimizing and structuring the Quality Department.
- Proficiency of English language on at least C1 level,
- Experience in managing 20-40 direct employees (including Qualities, Team Leads),
- Prior experience in Quality,
- Excellent client interfacing skills,
- Flexibility to work shifts,
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities,
- History of taking ownership and driving results,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Direct, lead and motivate team of Quality Analysts and Quality Leads,
- Manage proper execution and delivery of the SLA’s,
- Maintain high quality support to the Operations department,
- Demonstrate excellent business analytics for the root cause analyses,
- Under minimal supervision provide direction for multiple, complex and related projects,
- Ensure that relevant policies, procedures and documentation are properly stored and executed.
