Requirements
- Min 3-4 years of experience on people management position;
- O2C process knowledge is needed;
- SAP knowledge is an additional asset;
- Fluent English knowledge (C1) is a must;
- Work flexibility due to an ad-hoc need to participate in a call during the evening hours;
- Task oriented working time system

Main accountabilities
- Leading 24+ employees with the help of 2 Team Leaders (direct subordinates);
- Making sure all aspects of work are appropriately covered across the month so that KPIs and SLAs are met;
- Appropriate promotions planning; managing attrition; helping Tower Manager in reaching financial goals; leading internal client visits and taking part in potential client visit;
- Helping ITC Tower Manager in negotiations with the client in case of process changes and/or adjustments;
- Working closely with the Client on a daily basis and maintaining good working relationship;
- Looking for new opportunities; sharing new ideas how to address challenging situation;
- Leading different projects if such a need appears
- Team Leads mentoring and coaching,
- Process / task monitoring, managing non-standard situation, executing pre-defined goals
