Narra is a Polish tech company creating software for game developers. We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead and develop our IT team. The person on this position will work with our team in a beautiful office in the very centre of Warsaw and will have a strong impact on a fascinating project.
Tech Lead / Architect

Our ideal candidate requirements:
- Very good knowledge of design patterns, strong typed languages and memory management.
- Very good knowledge of software architecture.
- Familiarity with S.O.L.I.D. principles.
- Experience in implementing architectural concepts.
- Ability to oversee progress and align with project direction.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and targets.
- Problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum Experience with Unreal Engine and game development process (not crucial).
Most of your responsibilities will be:
- Providing thoughtful leadership and management to our IT team.
- Coordinating development effort.
- Producing efficient code that is meeting business requirements.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the usability of application.
- Participating in design and code reviews.
