Tech Lead / Senior .NET Developer

Wymagania:
- at least 4 years of commercial development experience
- proficient in .NET platform development
- experience with ASP.NET, MS SQL, JavaScript is a must
- knowledge of design patterns and good coding practices is a must
- knowledge and experience with unit testing, mocking frameworks, TDD
- at least Bachelor’s Degree in IT field
- fluent spoken and written English
- develop, improve and deploy the applications with respect to coding standards
- coordinate programming efforts and software quality in thescope of an application release
- act as mentor to fellow programmers
- support, maintain and document software functionality
- integrate software with existing systems
- research into the technology to stay up to date with trends and best practices and assess available technologies and recommend solutions
- analyze written specifications and user needs to determine technical implementation
- perform and govern code and design reviews in collaboration with Solution Architect
- ensure testing on the programming level is designed and performed by the team
- communicate and collaborate with other team members in international environment
- constantly improve the way work is done
