Areas of responsibilities:
driving and embedding quality into high level requirements by communicating missing or inaccurate data and information,
communicating technical information to stakeholders in a language they are able to understand,
review of all ideas and business requirements generated for content and providing feedback regarding the necessary amendments,
analyzing all ‘in-process’ impact assessments for content and quality, communicating and coaching the behaviours required to reduce the rejection rate,
reduction of the lead time for all impact analysis processes (OIA, IIA, other) prior to submission for approval,
tracking the number of ideas passing through the demand management end-to-end process that are subsequently not delivered.
Candidate’s profile:
fluent written and spoken English,
at least bachelor’s degree in information technology or an equivalent experience,
minimum 5 years’ experience in one or more aspects of IT delivery (software design/development, IT architecture, project or programme management),
experience in the telecommunications, broadband or OSS/BSS domains is an asset,
ability to analyse technical requirements for accuracy and content and providing immediate, specific and constructive feedback,
highly developed analytical skills,
strong communication and presentation skills,
ability to effectively prioritize tasks,
can-do attitude, strong goal setting and problem solving.
