Technical Analyst

For our client, one of the leaders on the insurance market in Europe, we are looking for Technical Analyst.

You will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day operational support for the Finance Systems
• Manage and maintain incident queues ensuring regular quality updates to tickets
• Ensure continuous improvement in the processes and services
• Diagnose and resolve issues including technical analysis of application logs
• Deploy changes to the test and Production environments enforcing change management process
• Ensure documentation is continually updated in line with changes implemented
