Technical Application Responsible Specialist

Responsibilities:
- adhering to agreed service levels, prioritizing business continuity, and adhering to escalation and disaster procedures in managing application services
- management of application support at the operational level in ALM, development of a roadmap and ensuring the implementation of all activities and results during launch and withdrawal of applications
- task handling thanks to an excellent strategic overview and ensuring high-quality deliveries through interaction with suppliers and associates
- contributing to the continual optimization and further development of our application lifecycle configuration, in collaboration with colleagues from around the world
Requirements:
- Technologies: ALM, SAFe, TETRA
- Experience with:
o Common Radio Dispatch System, an integrated communication system that uses several technologies such as:
- IP telephones
- TETRA
- VHF, etc., and facilitates communication with offshore techniques
o Dual Doppler Radar
o Supporting IT for complex business processes - technical background as a system administrator on an average level and ability to quickly deal with new applications
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team Good Polish and English skills (written and spoken)
