We're looking for young and proactive person. IT/HelpDesk support background will be helpful on this position. Ease in communication with no-technical client and business managers.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to manage the business acceptance testing for deployment of the VCS desktop in Poland and work closely with the stream project manager
- You will be responsible for documenting and managing the issues for the desktop stream
- You will provide local floor support where required
- You will be work with your UK/Poland peers in the project to produce a schedule of change
- You will provide support to the Programme team
- Support the project to deliver the outcome and any new programme activities associated to the EMEA site
- You will be required to respond to projects requests and provide on going support on a daily basis
- An attention to detail is essential and the ability to work with little supervision
Essential Experience:
- Experience of integration delivery projects
- Experience of desktop environment
- It is essential that you have an understanding VCS desktop infrastructure
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing
- Experience in hosting and chairing meetings
- Problem resolving
- Planning and reporting skills
- Time management
