The Technical Client Advocate will be responsible for communicating solution timelines to customers (internal or external) including Account Managers. Key to success in this role will be excellent communication skills, client focus and ability to identify
and solve a wide range of issues.
- Assess individual customer cases and assist with prioritization within the TSC and potential L3/Development
- Communicate with customers (internal or external) and Account Managers concerning case status, prioritization, and resolution plans
- Ensure incidents are effectively managed and communicated to resolution
- Work with internal client facing groups to identify and track critical customer situations
- Work with all client facing team members to ensure HireRight’s change management and escalation processes are adhered to and appropriately utilized
- Establish a close working relationship with teammates, Account Managers, and management staff
- Keep current the status/resolution plan for critical issues and communicate to proper stakeholders (e.g. Account Management, Operations, Development)
- Establish a close working relationship across multiple departments
- Act as a point of contact for all client facing groups to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests
- Track all critical customer requests on internal development road-map and ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs
- Monitor, document, and communicate service level attainment for key applications and support processes
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
About you:
In order to succeed as a Technical Client Advocate you will need:
- To be fluent in English
- To have excellent written and oral communication skills
- To be able to learn and support new products and systems quickly
- To have experience in customer support roles (experience in application support in high volume support center is NOT required but will be an asset)
- Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle database structures would be an asset
