JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage team members - currently a team of 6 developers but likely to grow to 8 in the next few months
- Manage technical direction of the project and liaise with project stakeholder for all major decisions.
- Manage and produce technical documentations
- Manage deployment, code reviews and merge request
- Hands on development will be necessary at least for the first few months
- Travel to the UK and within Europe for meetings and workshops MUST HAVE
- Experience in leading and managing in-house product development teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Symfony 3.4+, including Doctrine ORM
- MySQL and writing optimised SQL queries
- Restful API design
- Data modelling and ER diagrams
- Docker containers
- Git and Version Control concepts
- AWS/Linux deployment and administration
- Apache and NginX server configuration
- Angular - We need you to understand the technology and support FE Devs
NICE TO HAVE
- NodeJS and Javascript frameworks (ExpressJS, Sails, ...) or Java
- Continuous Integration / Automated builds, deployments
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- AWS APIs NoSQL
