Technical Project Manager

Job Description:
- Responsible for all activities relating to a client project
- Responsible for definition and delivery of the overall scope of the project
- Sets project plan, timeline, organization chart, financial forecasts and reconciliations
- Works with client (CG or client) Engagement Manager to coordinate all activities
- Responsible for overseeing creation of Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and Functional Specifications (FS)
- Coordinates with Product Owner(s) for any changes to predefined functionality
- Provides the contract with the Supply team that defines the deliverables and schedule the Supply team will deliver to the Demand team
- Accountable for management for all project activities including Business Analysis, Infrastructure, Development, Testing, Release Management, and Deployment coordinating with the Supply team
- Coordinates with the responsible Business IT resource
- Setting expectations at the beginning of the project including clear identification of scope of services, project charter, financial forecast and adherence to forecast.
- Describe project milestones and sign off criteria during initial meetings
- Maintain action, issue and risk log through the project.
- Ensure sign off on all milestones and communicate/escalate to Product Owner and Business IT on any delays/project impacts.
- Tools presentation for potential and current CG clients

- Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation/influencing skills
- Able to build rapport quickly in a multicultural environment
- Good project management ability
- Ability to take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Previous transition experience is desired
- Advanced knowledge concerning at least one of the processes P2P/OTC/R2R
- Very good analytical skills
- Fluent English is essential, other language would be an advantage
