Candidate profile:
- Bachelor or master degree or equivalent.
- A minimum 2 year experience in the international project management domain is required.
- General knowledge on the Telco networks
- General knowledge or interest in messaging domain (USSD, SMSC, MMSC).
- Software project management skills (Python and/or Java).
- Knowledge of integration on a Telco network.
- CI/CD, knowledge of GIT tool, basics on scripting.
- Cooperation and influence.
- Synthetic and analytic mind.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
- Communicative English is mandatory. French is a plus.
Team
Duties and responsibilities:
- Definition of Orange needs for messaging (USSD/MMSC/xMSGW) technical and functional evolution
- Suppliers relationship management regarding technical issues and roadmap.
- Support to Orange Group purchase policy in supporting purchasers during Corporate Sourcing Contract negotiations and renewals.
- Delivery of expertise and Orange Group recommendations by participating to all projects (including RFP) involving messaging (USSD/MMSC/xMSGW) domain.
- Management of validation projects and Operational Skill Centre teams
- Technical support to Orange affiliates.
