Job description
- Handling technical product queries from customers
- Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
- Handling customers\' complaints, assigning them a partner, managing interactions
- Generating basic reports on several performance factors for evaluation purpose
- Preparing troubleshooting presentations
- Actively participating in the troubleshooting meetings
