Requirements:
- Openness to an international career
- Speak English fluent (B2) and German (C1)
- Willingness to work with clients

Main activities:
- Handle technical product queries from customers
- Answer technical support questions about solar systems installation and maintenance
- Handle customers’ complaints, assigning them a partner, managing interactions
- Generate basic reports on several performance factors for evaluation purpose
- Prepare troubleshooting presentations
- Actively participating in the troubleshooting meetings
