Your new role
On this position you will have the opportunity to work with some of the smartest people in the industry, on a fastpaced and motivated team. You will:
- Analyze the learning & knowledge management requirements of the team’s customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that will meet customer needs with the available resources.
- Develop learning & knowledge management solutions such as articles, graphics, presentations, videos, courses, process flows, documentation repositories, etc...
- Implement and maintain learning & knowledge management solutions using the Google learning and technology framework.
- Analyze metrics, gathering lessons learnt and other evaluation data, making recommendations for enhancing adoption of the learning & knowledge management solutions in conjunction with the team’s mission.
- Act as tech lead/primary contributor on small projects of moderate complexity and impact; in that role, manage project priorities; may make changes to projects with little or no direction
Basic requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in the creation of Learning artifacts (How-to articles / guides / procedures / checklists).
- Solid knowledge of user training and instructional strategies with their appropriate application.
- University degree or demonstrable equivalent working experience especially with a digital technology/software focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with full proficiency in English, including language nuances and colloquialisms.
- Experience in design, developing and modifying learning assets such as video (screen casts) and HTML based courses.
- Experience with Camtasia Studio, Screenflow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, After Effects.
- Experience in graphic design (images / schematics / process flows / diagrams) and animated (animations, rich media presentations).
- Experience with Google Drawings, Vector graphics (Adobe Illustrator or similar).
- Sufficient HTML, Markup and CSS language knowledge to resolve page format errors.
- Experience in employing web 2.0 to support social collaboration for learning and online community engagement.
Attractive salary, additional benefits, one of the best offices in Wrocław (with gym, free company restaurant, entertaining rooms etc.), possibility to join international projects and to gain unique experience as well as further development. Offer refers to 24 month project but with high possibility of further cooperation.
Salary rates: 10 000 - 14 000 PLN gross/month (depends on seniority and technical skills evaluation during recruitment process).
