Nokia Mobile Networks Customer Documentation is responsible for delivering the hardware and software descriptions and instructions for the use of the mobile operator personnel. Our goal is to bring the end-user documentation into the visual online world.
We are looking for a motivated student to join our cloud solutions team in Wroclaw.
As a member of our team, you will assist our content developers in creating technical documentation for Nokia radio technology products.
Your role is to study and clarify technical concepts with product designers and developers, and then participate in translating them into modern and professional instructions for product users. You will assist our full-time developers in creating operating instructions, installation manuals, and many other types of content. Your job will also involve analyzing and managing existing and potential content, focusing on usability, and keeping in mind reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
The high-quality product documentation that you will help create should abide by the applicable Nokia standards, which are co-defined by our team here in Wroclaw.
