Job Description
- MCA\ETRAD tests completion
- Cooperates with Regional Risk & Control Team
- Complete BAU activities related controls
- Identify potential risks and recommends actions leading to issue completion
- Documents processes and controls over these processes
- Delivers accurate problem analysis relying on experience
- Identifies risks, processes' weak points and threats related to information security, communicates its influence on team performed processes.
- Supervision over Team's iCAPS
- Knows and acts in accordance to corporate policies, standards and other internal regulations
- Understands how team's actions and deliverables integrate with other units activities for complex goals realization
- Completes other tasks assigned by Managers
- Experience in compliance related position will be an advantage
- Experience in process improvements and management of small projects
- Familiarisation with customer service techniques and the principles of ITIL
- A good team member, able to guide/support colleagues and to take guidance where necessary
- Understands IT systems actions performed by Users
- Strong process-centric focus
- Understanding and knowledge of end-user technology services and products
- Experience in managing and understanding of IT systems
- Ability for multitasking
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Hungarian language knowledge would be and advantage
- Excellent organizational and planning ability
- Knowledge how financial global organization works
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- ITIL certification an advantage
- Possibility of participating in complex IT projects.
