For our Client, international, prestigious company from medical devices and laboratory devices sector, we are currently looking for Tender Specialist to work in Warsaw.
We are looking for someone with a good knowledge of polish tender system and with practical experience in tenders (tender procedure, administration, management of complaints.
It is good to have a project management experience as well as healthcare segment knowledge.

The responsibility of this person will be the management and coordination of relevant paperwork in support of bids and tenders, negotiations with customers and suppliers to agree terms acceptable to the customer and company.
The person will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with suppliers, negotiating with partners in other areas of the business to adequately resource tenders.

The ideal candidate should be a very process oriented and systematic person with the ability to cooperate in multinational environment and with multitasking abilities.
Good English is a must.
