We have QA Teams in Krakow and Wroclaw, summing more than 30 testers. We are testing Enterprise, Web and Mobile applications, using both manual and automated test approaches. - Estimate Manual and Test automation workload for Enterprise, web and mobile components
- Provide justification for Manual and Test automation components of test approach
- Technical Test Automation Point of Contact for Project Managers, Development Architects, Development Leads, Test Managers, Testers
- Develop and Improve Test Automation Framework, process, criteria, tools standards
- Provide a re-usable approach for Test Automation services across all technologies for all business units
- Technical Lead/coordinator for Test Automation and Performance Testers
- Test tools identification, assessment and configuration
- Gather and Interpret Business, Technical & Service Acceptance Requirements to develop the Test Design for Manual and automated testing
- Hands On performance script development, updates and enhancements
- Help speed up regression cycles by identifying areas of automation opportunities
- Degree in software development or similar subject area
- At least 5 years of professional experience working as a senior software tester or developer
- Strong Technical Test Architecture and Leadership skills
- Experience in verbal and written business communication with Management Stakeholders
- Experience with Test automation toolsets
- Working knowledge of any of following: transactional, integration layers, static applications and supporting application, MWS (media, Web and software solutions) technologies through various Software Platforms, front end, backend Applications and Network Layers covering VM and Physical servers, databases, MQ, MB middleware services, networks, load balancing, clustering, stubbing across multiple IT technologies
- Languages - i.e. Ruby, Java, Cucumber, Watir, shell scripts or equivalent
- Understanding Networking concepts (Failover, Resilience, Failback)
- Capable of planning and leading testing in Ambiguity (Waterfall and Agile model) Bonus:
- Batch Scheduling & Execution Fundamentals
- Understanding and interpretations of Application & System logs
- Database SQL Queries
- Understanding Application Security (e.g. Role based Security)
- Experience to run Diagnostics (Application, MWS & DB layers)
