- Lead QA team in supporting client requirements:
- Manual QAs including requirements analysis and acceptance criteria definition, planning, execution and reporting and working with business on complex scenarios and test cases
- Automation QAs including Development of automated test framework/harness and developing test automation scripts alongside application development and service teams
- Taking care of whole trading life cycle testing involving multiple applications
- Participation in creating new automation testing framework
- Cooperation with business stakeholders
Must have:
- Very strong experience in manual and/or automated testing
- Commercial experience ideally in capital markets trading environment
- Very good communication skills, experience with client staff and management, stakeholders and business users.
- Mandatory finance experience in areas like: financial markets, trading terminology, basic knowledge of derivatives and financial products, financial services technologies
- Useful experience includes: Mifid2, regulatory projects
- Experience with team management

Client is currently engaged on developing and enhancing their capital markets trading systems to support Mifid2 requirements. This requires end to end system testing and automation testing framework build out. Exciting opportunity to work with business users and IT staff in London as well as Warsaw. Travel to client site in London is expected for initiation and on-going business trips to meet with key stakeholders on both business and technology areas. The team members will be involved with a variety of projects across the whole trade life cycle for multiple asset classes including in the analysis, design and execution of test plans and helping to achieve successful delivery.
