Responsibilities:
- Leading the software technical testing and quality processes for all Corporate IT Enterprise Quality Management initiatives
- Managing the team of Quality Assurance Analysts and assuring they maintain quality standards
- Assuring all project teams are ready to meet commitments and delivery deadlines
- Working on the development and deployment of technical software quality processes, including but not limited to:
o performance, load, and stress testing
o test automation
o low-level integration testing
o test harness design and development - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and standards; conceiving and presenting to senior management and peers ways to improve current practices to stay competitive in the marketplace and on the cutting edge while maintaining strict quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of direct work experience in leading or managing a Software Quality Assurance capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in at least one area of Technical Quality Assurance, including but not limited to: performance / load / stress testing, white box testing, test automation, and / or ETL testing
- Experience in:
o Working in an international environment
o HP ALM or similar tool - Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the team and successfully cooperate with upper management, clients, and other departments
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English and Polish skills (written and spoken)
