- Able to define a test design strategy, test automation strategy or an execution approach for various test types at different test levels across the whole solution delivery lifecycle
- Substantial working experience in Monitoring & Controlling various test activities (e.g. timely delivery, quality control, test coverage, performance monitoring, etc.) and appropriate reporting of test status and test results as defined in the test strategy
- Substantial working experience with stakeholder management in area of testing (incl. identification of key-stakeholders, active collaboration with them, co-ordination of tasks, management of dependencies, escalation of issues, etc.) and team working experience to support implementation and execution of the test strategy.
- Experience working with HP ALM (a.k.a Quality Center)
- Co-ordinating various delivery teams across software systems following test deals from front to back
- Working in a strongly regulated environment and the implications for testing evidence, documentation and record keeping.
About the project: Set up a single the trade capture tool to replace the LTD db. Along with that tool set-up, automate the whole LTD front-to-back flow to align with strategic IT architecture for the below regions and entities for CS issued Long Term Debt

Our team: The team is global and distributed across Poland (3), India (7), NY, London and Zurich. Candidate will have to face off to the IT PM for over 20 components in the target architecture and to coordinate testing activities.
