Responsibilites
- Communication with customer to clarify requirements and functionality
- Develop the Test Strategy, Plans, Designs and Cases
- Requirements analysis (elicitation, validation) during the requirements analysis phase of projects
- Establish effective communication with development team
- Check / Review the Test, System Integration cases
- Plan and ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
- Assign tasks to test team members to ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project
- Track and prepare consolidated reporting of testing activities
- Enforce the adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
- Automation testing approach investigation
- Automation testing environment prototyping and deployment
- Build a testing team (conduct interviews) with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation
- Ensure close and constant monitoring of customer satisfaction
- Identify staff training requirements
Requirements
- ISTQB Certification -foundation level or higher prefferable
- Expert knowledge of Test tools (HPQC, HPUFT)
- High level of test automation using HPUFT
- Good solid knowledge of Microsoft / Mac OS and AppV
- Good solid knowledge of MS office products
- Advantage if they have experience for VDI Infrastructure and concept of virtual desktops
- Massive plus will be understanding of LoginVSI, App Volumes, Citrix Director, Systrack and performance monitoring toolsets
- Fluent English is a must.
