Test Manager

Responsibilites
- Defining security testing strategy and approaches.
- Developing security testing documentation.
- Working in a global team and taking over the DLP agent engineering responsibilities
- Managing deployment of various security technology components
- Managing process of designing requirements for technical implementations for integration of various security components related with DLP (DLP Reference Data Cache for example)
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the DLP domain
- Interacting directly with the vendors with respect to usage of chosen security tools (Symantec)
Requirements
Required:
- University Degree in a technology area (IT Security preferred) or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of project management and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- 10 years of testing experience, 2+ years of test management, 3+ years of security testing
- Background in IT Security with a specialization in DLP
- Good understanding of aspects of IT Security and good knowledge (or hands on experience) of security products
- Fluent English
- Solid general IT background (e.g. Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Application Development)
Preferred
- Experience with the Symantec Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) Solution Suite is strongly preferred
- Experience with the UFT (or similar) test automation tool
- Experience with Performance / Load test ( Performance Center)
