Test Manager

Test Manager in our system team / Team FCP Platform being responsible for our SAS AML Solution which is a cloud AML Suite hosted by AWS. The team has the overall responsibility of the Platform/ SAS AML solution and interact with different feature teams building business feature on the platform.

• This Test Manager is primarily responsible for all tests related to the technical implementation of the platform.
• Tests will be defined and executed in cooperation with the program Test manager and other Test managers in the program.
• The Test manager will do a lot of coordination with 3rd party vendors and feature teams in the organization.
• Examples:

Verification of environments before onboarding of new tenants

Clarification of the need for test related to new features

Establish and maintain a suite of automated regression tests across teams

Evaluate performance test results

Required:

• Solid track record of being a test manager +5 years
• Certified/ documented knowledge of test management (ISTQB)
• Participated in the implementation of a standard solution
• Self-driven & Proactive
• Data-centric systems
• Performance Testing
• Not afraid of getting dirty

Preferred Knowledge:

• Understanding of test automation tools, approach, test pyramid (we are not expecting that this person will have the knowledge of how to write scripts)
• SAFE/ Running Agile
• working with the international environment/across the cultures
