For our Client, the international software provider based in Katowice, we are looking for Test Team Leader.

Test Team Leader will be responsible for establishing a quality assurance focused culture within the organization and ensuring that team motivation, induction, appraisal as well as goal setting process is done in high standard. One of the person’s duty will be also to make sure that the team follows the company’s standards in Quality Assurance area. Test Team Leader will be in charge of recruiting, leading and motivating QA developers, ensuring good communication as well as identifying if individual or project blockers are removed or escalated.

To be an ideal candidate you should possess experience as Test Developer or Test Team Leader, more than 2 years of line management experience as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Moreover, Test Team Leader needs to understand project delivery methodologies such as Agile, PMI. The Candidate should be customer-oriented, organized communicative and effective person.
