Tooling Manager
Location: Środa Śląska

Main tasks:
- Develop and implement concepts for tool management , including the following topics:
- tool calibration,
- tool storage , concept, specify hardware necessary to store , track and identify tooling,
- tool usage concept on shop floor, tooling access for mechanics, traceability,
- data management ( storage of load sheets, Certificate of conformance, Calibration data base,.. ),
- set up a qualified supplier network for tool repair, load checks and calibration,
- get all suppliers as qualified suppliers on board with XEOS for tooling purchase,
- develop and implement tooling marking system,
- develop concept for quick solution during tooling fit check which supplier , shop to rectify findings,
- manage tooling warranties vs tool suppliers,
- handle technical claims with tool suppliers,
- concept for tool take over and fit checks , location, resources and skills needed, infrastructure),
- develop all tooling relevant processes , in cooperation with quality and production.
Requirements:
- higher technical education – egnieering, mechanics,
- work experience on tooling manager or senior tooling engineer position,
- project management orientation,
- excellent knowledge of the local toolshop market,
- very good English language,
- analytical and organizational skills
- accuracy, ability to solve problems,
- good computer skills (MS Office).
