Trade Finance Administration Specialist
ABB Group is having a global Export & Trade Finance organization with a center of competence in Zurich, dealing with different instruments such as Bank Guarantees, Parent Company Guarantees, Documentary Letters of Credit (LC) and other Short, Medium & Long term Financing solutions. The center of competence in Zurich is supported by a back office function in Krakow, Poland. An integral part of the management process is Trade Finance Link (TFL), a state of the art global application allowing harmonized handling of bank/parent guarantees and letters of credit, management of bank limits and electronic direct connectivity of ABB to its core banks. We are looking for a person to become part of this team.

- Administration support – Bank & Parent Company Guarantees, LCs, Short, Medium & Long term Financing solutions;
- Coordination on Trade Finance administration topics with ABB local finance organizations;
- Delegated reporting / Creation of specific reports/presentations for management;
- Business related application data housekeeping;
- Training material preparation and end user training on Trade finance application;
- Bank & Country KPIs, support monitoring bank service quality;
- Improvements of process & concept from the business side;
- Trade Finance Link application improvement vision & growth;
- Business continuity support;
- Support team head in day to day activities.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in administration of Bank Guarantees or Documentary Letters of Credit;
- Excellent English skills to communicate with users from different countries and on different organization levels;
- Interest in IT to help develop application functionalities;
- Analytical, conceptual & business oriented thinking;
- Solid user knowledge in MS office applications – Word, Power Point, Excel ;
- Good Presentation skills;
- Experience in IT processes would be an advantage;
- Willingness to travel;
