Your new role

 Traffic – Workflow Coordinator is working with all members of the on-and off-site studio and account teams the workflow coordinator is responsible for maintaining the standard of quality that emanates from the department. Working closely with the Studio Lead, artworkers and offsite Studio’s, you will be responsible for:
- Trafficking all creative work in a consistently accurate and traceable fashion
- Ensuring that all work adheres to brand guidelines.
- Checking that all elements of the brief have been actioned to the highest quality
- Answering queries from the Account Team and Client (if required).
- Supporting the Account Management Team, Studio Lead and other members of the on and off-site team as required, with the budget and ensure compliance with client budget constraints through the provision of accurate quotations.
- Proactively managing own workflow to consistently meet or exceed target efficiency and chargeability figures
- Ensuring that the Account Management Team is informed about changes to a project at all stages, and advised of any additional costs in advance of undertaking further work to enable client approval to be sought
- Developing an excellent knowledge of the client’s brands. Proactively challenging off-brand communications internally and externally where appropriate

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for Traffic/Project Manager with previous experience (3+ years) in creative roles like graphic designer (online and offline), junior art director, creative project supervisor gained in companies from FMCG, marketing agencies, POS producers, printing houses. Person demonstrating an excellent understanding of studio workflow systems with a high propensity for local problem solving. We are looking for expert with very good communication skills, fluent in Polish and English.
