For our Client – an international Company providing energy solutions for business, we are currently looking for Professionals ready to undertake duties in the position of Training and Development Specialist.
Key responsibilities will circle around the following areas: coordinating and delivering trainings, monitoring performance and delivering reports, supporting of planning the employees’ career paths, preparing coaching plans, monitoring training tools, cooperating with evaluators to ensure fair and equal evaluation. This position will consist of various tasks and duties, among which the most important job will be to act as an internal trainer, taking care of coaching and supporting employees in their daily tasks.
We are looking for experienced professionals ready to perform their role in English. Due to this strong language skills are a must. A second language (one of the following: Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) will be an asset. Ability to act as a coach in soft skills domain and act as a trainer in more technical issues is important in this role.
