Teknosell is a Swedish company operating globally and providing innovative sales training programs. We deliver our programs in more than 25 languages all over the world to big global companies from automotive sector. Currently, we are looking for a person who could support delivery of our training program for our Swedish client.
Training Program Specialist with Swedish

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Facilitating communication and training process for participants
- Conducting calling sessions and providing personalized feedback for participants of a training program
- Handling direct e-mail communication with clients
- Reporting results to the client
- Briefing direct supervisor on progress, issues, and feedback collected from clients regarding the training program
- Evaluating effectiveness of training programs
- Preparing training materials such as translations and voiceover
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Availability and commitment ideally for a total of 40 hours per week but if not possible it can be less as well– we are flexible
- Advanced command of Swedish (min. C1) – precondition
- Good level of English – (min. B2)
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word) - precondition
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and writing skills
- Diligence
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Salary: 3500-4500 PLN net (monthly wage based on candidate's experience and availability)
