At the moment we are looking for a person for the position:
Transfer Pricing Team Leader
Miejsce pracy: Szczecin
Your responsibilities will include:
- direct supervision and support of the assigned Transfer Pricing team,
- acting as subject matter expert and providing guidance in matters related with transfer pricing activities and processes performed by the team,
- cooperation with METRO GROUP Headquarters concerning the assigned area of expertise,
- work planning, organization, and monitoring, motivating team members,
- driving process improvements and support team members in the implementation of initiatives for improving relevant processes,
- establishing and maintaining good relationships with the customer,
- understanding and actively working with key performance indicators related to business processes.
Qualifications needed:
- university degree (preferably in finance, accounting or economy),
- min. 2 years of relevant experience, related with transfer pricing,
- experience in team management or coordination of the work of junior colleagues,
- experience in organising processes related to finance and accounting,
- fluency in English,
- experience of working in an international environment,
- knowledge of SAP system will be an asset,
- strong MS Office skills (MS Excel).
