Your new company
The world’s leading provider of medical products and services is looking for experienced individuals who are ready to join their office in Wroclaw to become a part of an expert team.

Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for transforming accounting processes with objective to achieve standardized accounting process flows ensuring cross-country process transparency and efficiency; analyzing process flows to identify biggest opportunities for process optimization and effectiveness; cooperating with EMEA Accounting, Business Process Management and SSC Process Managers to develop standardized processes; driving actions and providing expertise to enable electronic document flows and process automation; evaluating process risk assessment, planning and implementing corrective actions. You will also support process transition to SSC with expertize and process knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have min. 5 years of work in SSC/BPO of accounting scope; of which min. 2-3 years of experience in successful accounting process standardization on at least regional level (best in Europe region). Your solid project management skills and deep knowledge of accounting transactional processes will lead to your success. Fluency in English and university degree in Economics/Finance or IT with major of Accounting are essential as well. We will be happy to see that you are self-driven and independent person with ability to travel on regular base (20-40% of working time) and strong organizational skills.
