- Work with all process owner and stakeholder to capture the required configuration data, such as
- Support Group / Support Group memberships; and related configuration data such as OLA, message group data and others.
- CMDB items; including OLA and Service Data configurations
- Specific data configuration such as Homepages or Gauges.
- Provide controls for configuration data readiness for migration; measure and monitor the progress of the data migration activities and ensure timely readiness of the data.
- Conduct Data Readiness reviews with the stakeholders, Milestone Reviews.
- Collect training requirements from process owner and stakeholders; work with the team to address the training requirements. Provide documentation and support process owners and stakeholders with own training sessions.
- Building relationships with process owners and stakeholders and deliver results through collaboration.
- Work with the project team to reduce outstanding backlogs in Berlin in preparation for migration; communicate with Stakeholders on identified opportunities.
- Identify any road blocks as part of the transition activity and escalate to the project team.
- Escalate to the Transition Lead and Project team where transition issues do occur.
- Provide weekly transition activity reporting.
- ServiceNow Administrator Basics for current ServiceNow versions.
- Solid project and transition activity experience in similar projects.
- Experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or operations.
- Able to manage customer expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, working Knowledge of Access.
- Working independently and being self-motivated and organized.
The project team will provide the design, build and test activities and is responsible for the transition from the old to the target platform.
The ITSM ServiceNow Transition Analyst will work alongside the Transition Lead to liaise with process owners to gather information relating to configuration data such as support groups, SLA, OLA profiles, service data and other data; understand the training requirements; work with the teams to reduce outstanding backlogs in Berlin in preparation for migration. This is a key role with the project team as the planning of the transition is as important as the activities as the other delivery activities of the project team.
The Transition Analyst requires a profound project- and transition activity knowledge, has knowledge on ServiceNow administration and communication skill to interact with process owners and stakeholders.
