For our client, a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw that is currently expanding its operations, we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Transition Lead with German.
The Transition Lead role holds responsibility for the smooth and seamless execution of the transition plan, including the mapping of processes and procedures. The chosen candidate will own the transition agenda and provide strong drive to complete the programme as per set timelines, scope, quality and budget, as well work with business units and key stakeholders and change agents across the organisation to ensure required support and alignment. Besides the Transition Lead will build detailed transition plans and develop and implement rigourous framework of monitoring and reporting progress of the programme against success criteria. Also, the chosen candidate will identify risks and issues and available mitigating actions, manage escalation process and proactively seek required experts engagement and support. Last but not least, the Transition Lead will execute roll-outs as per planned scope and timing and monitor action plan / follow-ups through wave and roll-out closure and handover.
Our client expects at least 2-3 years of strong experience in transition architecture, planning and execution in an international business environment, as well as proven project management ability. Positive, „can-do” attitude and high flexibility, commitment and objective focus is key. Fluency in English and German is required. Any process improvement / lean management experience and certification will be an asset.
