Zadania:
As a Transition Manager you will beresponsible for the transformation and transition of IT help desk activitiesfrom the customer in Germany to Warsaw.
You will also closely cooperate with thecustomer and corporate functions, manage customer escalations and produceimprovement plans to ensure smooth transition process. You will supporttransition planning and risk mitigation as well as resolve issues to provideeffective communication around the project.
- experience in call center environment, IT help desk preferred,
- good command of German and English,
- higher education, Management or Economy preferred,
- project management and transition experience,
- proactivity and the ability to work under pressure,
- solid process knowledge,
- willingness to international travels,
