Among your key responsibilities will be: leading a team of Transition Managers, leading transition projects under F&A/procurement programs. Reviewing project proposals to determine goals, time frame and procedures for accomplishing the project are also crucial activities in this type of job. Additionally, you will ensure staffing and manage transition team, oversee project training design, monitor progress against plan. At the same time attention to relationship management with customer will be vital aspect of your actions.
Regarding requirements you should have minimum two years of experience in BPO / SSC, customer orientation together with very good communication and interpersonal skills. Also analytical skills, open-minded attitude and drive to meet deadlines are crucial abilities. Your openness to travel at short notice is also important in accomplishing tasks.
